Welcome to Xanthos Sports Cars - We manufacture both a true racing reproduction of the Lotus 23 and a track / road version - the Xanthos 23x. "Why put a road car on the track when you can put a racing car on the road?"

Our race car may be suitable for building into a car eligible for the FIA HTP certificate and may then be permitted in Historic racing*. Whilst the road car takes it origins from the race car various modifications are made to improve safety, performance and reliability. It can however be easily returned to the full race spec. without replacement of any major items such as the chassis or rear uprights if wanted – as these are the same for both cars.
